Individual Swimming Lessons
From the beginner swimmer who wants to learn the basics and develop confidence in the water to the more advanced swimmer who wishes to improve technique, swimming lessons are for everyone!
Our lifeguards will be happy to accompany you in this discipline. In addition to using all the muscles of the body (biceps, triceps, abdominals, quadriceps, etc.), swimming requires the respiratory system and cardiovascular capacity.
